Being too tight makes you reach for crappy foods and not drink enough water/liquids. I was getting stuck on water and yogurt! Not eating any protein. I don't believe that's healthy advice. We all want it off over night but it rarely happens that way. I've been toying with the idea of another fill, but self examination tells me the reason I'm not losing the weight at the moment is that I'm not following the rules properly. I'm eating out of boredom rather than hunger and I'm not usually eating good band food just now. I find I have to eat ...Yes you are doing just fine. I find I have to eat something around 8 or 9 even if it is a glass of milk or other liquidy food. Otherwise I seem to want to snack into the night. I was able to eat eats and ham until last Monday and then stuck. I'll try it again on Sat. morning for breaky. For some reason the band has gotten tighter over this week-2 weeks after my fill.
