A PSA (Public Service Announcement)

HOW TO GET RID OF A DOUBLE CHIN:

Exercising the muscle we call the platysma is the most recommended exercise for getting rid of a double chin.

To exercise this muscle, open your mouth wide, pull your bottom lip over your bottom teeth, and then work your jaw up and down as if you were trying to scoop something up with your lower jaw.
This is called the shovel, and you look like a moron doing it, but eventually you’ll start to notice a difference if you stick to a daily routine.

THIS HAS BEEN A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

  2. OK, that is just too weird. You have too much time on your hand so get on that elliptical and give me 45 minutes. I had my last hour with my trainer and am glad to start doing this on my own. Just gotta get my ass in gear. But then I'll try your little exercise and wonder if they will kick me out of the gym. They had this thingy on Oprah a few years ago which sort of pulled the chin back and got rid of the double. That or plastic surgery. Or going into space where there is no gravity. I'm not losing anything after my triumphant 2 pounds and I'm tired of the plateaus. Space sounds good. We'd weigh a whole lot less. Have a wonderful (but hot) weekend, you hear. But get into that workout room which we are so jealous of.
