It's Friday.. SO it MUST BE BYOC!!!!!

Ok  so some of you thought my little PSA was weird, and
I had a several requests for a vlog demo of the double chin exterminator exercise..
So I am going to work on that.. in the meantime.. I want everyone practicing!!!

1.What’s the oddest diet you have tried? Or which ones have you tried and were any successful?

Good lord, pull up a chair because the list is long.. the better question is what haven't I tried.
I absolutely hated the grapefruit diet, but I would say the oddest would be "The Eat Like a Bird" diet. The principle is that you only eat tiny amounts ....do climb a flight of stairs... eat a tiny bit more. and repeat. You were supposed to mimic a bird.  Totally lasted one day.
The most successful diet (the word successful is questionable since I gained it back) was Weight Watchers.

2. Do you prefer baths or showers?
Well it depends.. my routine is showers, but what girl doesn't like one of those "CALGON >> TAKE ME AWAY" baths.
3. What is your favorite breakfast food?
Well, pre band it was a nice sticky bun, with a cup of Joe.. Now.. with the band.. I have no favorites. in fact, I am lucky if I can even get a protein drink down..
4. What’s your least favorite word?
I am going to not include curse words.. I think curse words have a place like when you hit your finger with a hammer.  or when you want to kill some one.. but other than that.. I don't excuse them.
In the polite english word.. the phrase "get this"  drives me nuts.. particularly when the person using it can not find a more creative way to make a point.
When I hear "Get this...".. I am totally turned off to what you are saying to me.


5. Repeat question…make someone a Superstar for a day! Whose blog or comment spoke to you or stuck with you the most this week and why?
Definitely Stephanie's post about her brother.. I was ready to go kick his ass with her husband.  He has a whole lot of healing to do... and I am so glad that Steph realizes this..
