Happy Monday... why yes it is, because I have off from work..yippee!! Although I will probably be on my BB later today.
First, thank you very much for the thoughtful and very helpful comments on my last post. I am still figuring out the right strike zone for carbs. Why is this so complicated (High carbs, low carbs, no carbs... geez).
My nutritional intake from yesterday looked like this:
Calories: 913 (up a bit)
Fat g : 13 (down a bit)
Carbs g: 115 (down)
Protein g: 44 (down)
Exercise : eh.. not so great.. will have a make up day today
Celebrate: Valentine's Day of course a glass of wine..
I did not weigh myself this morning.. trying not to drive myself crazy..
