Six Week Body Scuplting

I am watching this infomercial, for this exercise program called "The Six Week Body Plan"  that has a prescriptive approach to build an exercise plan to sculpt the body with designing a cardio routine.

So my question is has anyone tried this..
Looks lke a good sales hype and of course they have "REAL LIFE" success stories..

And it's 6 payments of only $19.99 plus shipping and HANDLING (they show a guy knocking on the door and hand delivering it to the person).. I can only imagine that he travels first class, non stop to deliver this product..

It does look too good to be true.. so I will wait to see if anyone has seen this.. or not.

  1. I don't know you and I don't know your life situation, but here's my own two cents: Save your money. Take that $20 and stick it in a jar. Then go out and take a walk. Or jump rope. Or hula-hoop. Or use that $20 to rent a canoe and go canoeing for an afternoon. Go for a hike. There are ten thousand other things you can do to get some exercise, and you certainly don't need to spend $20 to get someone's opinion on what you should be doing. Exercise is simple: just move. It doesn't matter what you do, for how long, what your methods are, or anything else. Just move.

Use that $20 you just saved yourself to treat yourself to a pedicure when you lose 10 pounds losing weight without the need for a guidebook.

    :-)

  2. Or you can send me just 4 easy payments of $20 (USD please) and I will send you my diet plan and exercise plan! Here is the short version. Eat less and get off your butt. Did I just save you 6 payments and S&H? I just spent about $250 on a personal trainer. She's nice though and doesn't yell at me.

  3. I don't really believe in those products and those testimonials are just hype (and especially the "results are not typical" small print).

Have to agree with the other posters, save your money! If you are looking for some exercises you can find a lot of info online for free, some free weights may be a good investment.

I recently bought a box of work out cards with exercises on it from Jillian, which I find very helpful because I can design my (at home) work out to my needs and target the muscle groups that I need to give some extra attention.

  4. If you are going to spend money, spend it on a personal trainer. If you find one you click with it's the best.

  5. At least the infomercial entertained you for FREE! Ha, YOU get the last laugh... these are hilarious... and no one REALLY smiles that much... especially working out or when they have a crappy delivery job. Seriously?!?

  8. I haven't heard of that one, but any program that includes "muscle confusion" works really well!
