What is the Strangest Dinner you Ever Had with the Band??

Ok, I have had a stressful day.. and that has showed up in my food selections and my food consumption attempts (meaning, I have literally gotten stuck on everything today and just PB'd it all up).
I finally resorted to a protein drink..

It is dinner time.. so here is what I fixed myself... are you ready...

a bowl of baked beans and a glass of syrah..  I was fearful of another stuck event.. but I figured if I have one I might as well be buzzed..

So .. here is my question for you..
what is the weirdest dinner connoction you have come up with???

  1. I don't know how weird it is but I've pretty much been living on BJ's mini-meatballs for dinner every night...10 balls is 4 1/8 oz...I add a bit of tomato sauce and a dollup of ricotta cheese...nuke for 2 minutes and instant dinner. Very tasty and I've always had this ability to each the same thing over and over and it doesn't bother me at all...assuming I find it tasty.
Pretty sure I'm not going to win the "weirdest dinner" contest but what the heck...just had to put in my two cents.

I like the way you think! I think that's going to be my new life philosophy. Wait...maybe it already is...

  3. My weird concoction is the same dinner I've had most nights lately - olives, brie with fig spread and a steamed artichoke. Often with a glass of wine but I'm trying to cut back this week since I GAINED. Blech.

Sorry you got stuck and PB'd so much. Hang in there.

  4. I went through a stage of skipping dinner all together and would have Turkish bread cut into thin slices and dipped in premium olive oil and balsamic vinegar - probably not weird per se but it did the trick.. baring in mind this was when I could EAT the toasted bread lol. And yeah: a glass of wine helps things go down SO much better.
