Lipo ville. Here I come

So today was preop everything for my upcoming surgery

But I found out that because of my band I can't have lipo done on my upper abdomen.
Now understand last year I had the TT done. And believe me I am thrilled with the results.

This go round I was going to have all remaining fat from my abs, my outer thigh and hips done.
But because of my port location the upper ab is out of the question. You see the surgeon pushes the cannula back and forth across the upper ab and to be frank my port does pop a little bit

The doctor said its just to risky. He doesn't want to go near the port and disrupt it And he says he has plenty to work with

I am doing general anesthesia cause this it's going to be a couple hour procedure.

But the good news is that my outer thighs are going to be smaller and smoother.
Just in time for spring to be sprung.

I also have some other maintenance work scheduled.

Now I know your thinking that I may be a bit too into PS, but let me tell you that I am also working out on my tread mill and the elliptical and I am juicing every morning ( with a juicer)
So I just consider this supplemental maintenance.

In cosmetic news.

I have found a great BB cream from loreal called youth code
I also found a great overnight eye serum from dermalogica.

And philosophy has a great under eye day time treatment from their miracle worker line.

I find I have to work a bit harder a fending the wrinkles away but it's worth it.

Cause the next decade is just around the corner. But let's keep that between you and me!!

Be well

  2. Hi there....
If you have not tried L'Occataine products....I can't tell you how much in love with them that I am and I have only been using them for a few weeks. 2 of my girlfriends kept encouraging me to try them but I never did....until right before my 54th bday. I am hooked! Pricey? Yes! But, when I went for my facial on my bday, the technician could not believe my skin and said "I am not EVEN going to try to sell you my products! Whatever you are using is amazing" And, I had only been using it for a week at that point!
Anyway, good luck with your "maintenance work"....everyone needs to have the mind set that we maintain everything else (cars, roofs, etc)....why not our bodies??? YES! Can't wait to see the results!
    Onward!

  4. While being put out isn't fun - I think if I ever had lipo again - I'd be put out. When I had it done it was the weirdest thing to feel that wand in there and see stuff coming out and then looking at it go under your skin made me almost pass out. Not fun but that shit works! LOL

  5. Congrats on your journey! I can’t wait to see the result! Usually, it takes several weeks to recover after the procedure, and the side effects are expected. I suggest that you follow your doctor’s instructions regarding drainage tubes, compression garments, or proper medications. If you do as instructed, the recovery period will be shorter and you could achieve better result sooner.
