I'm not perfect but.....

I always try to see the good in people.
Even when the odds are not in their favor.

After all, life is journey of learning.
We all screw up now and then.

As long as we don't screw up on the same thing over and over
it's all good.

I try to put "Good Friday" in perspective.
I am not overtly religious.
Nor do I think religion is a convenience.
But I do believe in connecting your mind, body, spirit and heart together.
I think that is important in life.

Sometimes I move at the speed of a jackrabbit (sometimes a turtle)
But its all good.

As the years move on, I see beauty in different things.
Acts of kindness become more important.

A smile brightens my day!

And still, there is no better feeling that I have ever experienced in my life,
then sitting on the couch watching a movie and laughing till I cry.

Laughing and crying. 
Opposites but connected.
Go figure!

So, with these few sentiments shared
