No not pounds loss, but FOLLOWERS.. I am so happy. Thank you so much.. I just love reading your comments and visiting all of the blogs.
I am so happy Vanessa is back and on line (love ya girl!) and Kristin is really doing well with her mushie stages. You guys are doing it right!!
Jack Sh*t, really outdid himself with his rendition of "Onderland". If you have not seen that.. please check out his site.
Also I would love to get feedback on who is next in the queue for banding, so that our blog community can CHEER you on!
It is becoming more and more obvious that there is a life cycle to this whole process:
1. I made the decision to get banded, I cant wait!!
2. Oh no, I made the decision to get banded, I am so nervous.
3. I got banded! I am so happy
4. Why did I get banded!! Did I make the right decision.
5. I am so happy I got banded. I made the right decision!!
Funny how that whole cycle works out. We go through a roller coaster of emotions, but once that sweet spot is attained... lots of smiles and lots of good vibes (I love that part).
So, here's the thing I have come to realize (finally) that I am not going to be jumping on and off of the scale each day. I am weighing my self on Sunday Morning's and that's IT.
Work is just crazy right now.. I am on back to back teleconferences for 6 to 8 hours at a time, and I am doing 10 to 12 hour days this week just to manage the issues..(sigh) so no exercise.. I am just mentally wiped today (I am actually writing this update during one of my tcons for an IT project...so my mind wonders on these calls).
On Sunday, I am going to post some pics about something that I am proud and embarrassed to show (no not my body, but a room in my house that was designed by me for me)... more on that later though..
LOL on the life cycle. You nailed it! Thanks for the mention; I couldn't agree more about the great support we have here.
ReplyDeleteYAY! for followers...
ReplyDeleteYay for the followers and those of us that have the band. WE ROCK!!
ReplyDeleteYou and I are on the same page with Mr. Scale. He is my favorite demon and I had my husband hide him until Weigh In on Sunday :)
ReplyDeleteHey Barbara- just wanted to get back to you about the queston you put in my comments. My doctor said that sometimes when they pull the fluid out it doesn't actually all come out and that what he got was within 1 cc of what my fills added up to so he was sure it was there, but it just didn't feel like coming out that day (maybe kinda like the groundhog on Feb. 1 tee hee). Anyway I guess I'm not too worried about it b/c he wasn't concerned at all. HTH and thanks for the comment on my blog. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the mention too! And I agree about the lifecycle AND staying off the scale-- easily said, harder done.
ReplyDeleteWhatever will work best-- do it!
Cheers,
Vanessa
