Viva Las Vagus..

Ok.. call me weird... but I could not wait to use this title line in my post..

Yes I am still obsessing about my vagus nerve.

I am totally convinced this fill and the message being sent by my vagus nerve in my stomach
( see number 5 in the illustration below) is doing the trick.  I think the restriction of the band on the vagus nerve is sending the signal that I AM FULL.. If you have not experienced this .. is is hard to explain..
I think I NOW get it.. that the restriction feeling should make this easy.. IT DOES!!

Just to give you some background and According to Mayo:  The vagus nerve helps manage the complex processes in your digestive tract, including signaling the muscles in your stomach to contract and push food into the small intestine. A damaged vagus nerve can't send signals to your stomach muscles. This may cause food to remain in your stomach longer, rather than move normally into your small intestine to be digested.

The vagus nerve can be damaged by diseases, such as diabetes, or by surgery to the stomach or small intestine... so there is that chance that a vagus nerve can get screwed up.. (sorry)..
